Motor Response Meaning
Motor response — this is a complex term in both psychology and anatomy, related to reactions of the organism to the environment. Being a constituent part of a nervous system such reactions are normal and logically motivated. Your sense organs inform the nervous system that something happens in the world around you and momentarily your organism responds by some reaction when you see something strange at that very moment your vision becomes keener.
There are few types of motor response, including the even no-repsonse reactions. Imagine that you are in some kind of stressful situation and your body is responding to every available stimulus — from mental to physical. Thus, the main feature of such a respond is its speed — all the motor repsonses are extremely speedy no matter is it a reaction for a sound or motion.
