Memorability Definition
Memorability is all about creating content that is simultaneously high in quality and likely to be remembered by users. It also measures how users interact with your digital solution and what they remember after using it. For example your user conducted some interactions and after a while came back to your solution — what will they remember? That’s the point memorability resolves.
So to put it simply memorability requires remembering features, how to use them, what users remember about your functionality, and it can be conducted within reports created by your system. Ensure that your design provides best possible user experience, facilitate navigation process, and you will be able to improve an existing solution according to your business needs and users expectations.
