Global Navigation Definition
 Global Navigation is a visible part of some graphic elements on the web page that allows users to easily switch between pages using links in header or footer. The peculiarity of this feature is that the link on the previous page follows user during the navigation on the website. As for the look, it may be implemented like buttons, widgets, or simply a text.
What does it mean for user? — that global navigation allows them to skip web pages and intuitively navigate website using pre-made sections. It’s identical on all pages allowing people to search through the site switching between leading categories attached on the head of web page. In a nutshell users clicking on the homepage can immediately go through the website and get a sense of what pages are also available there.
