Executive Champion Definition

Executive Champion stands for the person in a firm who is responsible for products usability keeping users’ expectations at the from of each solution. This person gives the outcome in real changes and innovations supporting UX team with their knowledge of how the product operates and what it has to represent for end users. This role is key to one of the most challenging processes — creating a strategy, gathering resources, etc.

In this respect, person responsible for UX design must be able to understand all the required processes being aware of business imperatives keeping in mind that UX is a core principle for their work. Projectes have to be design alight to the users needs and expectations so that the executive champion is highly experienced and skilled in UX design.
