Overview
Our client Wahler tasked us to develop and design a solution for HR digital transformation using our expertise and experience in creating platforms that 100% meet customers’ requirements and have all the necessary functionality. We took on the job of developing seamless software, setting up a design philosophy alongside with achieving fourfold benefits.
Since Wahler had all the essential data in Excel files and documents, we helped them to digitalize and optimize information storage for quick access. Implementing strategies to enhance data processing, we provided an opportunity for Wahler to manage information efficiently.

Results
Limeup experts developed a platform that enables the scale of the concept and attracts as many customers as they can manage with this solution. In terms of cooperation, we helped our customer reduce the workload by 60% using automation.
Engineering this solution, we took on a challenging HR transformation, conducting market research to identify trends for future project success. As a result, Wahler received a robust platform with a streamlined operational workflow and architecture that can be easily scaled up.
Information Architecture
Our client needed a scalable and modular solution, so we decided to use service-oriented architecture with NestJS and GraphSQL so that we were enabled to monitor the performance and complexity. As well PostgreSQL and Redis were used to manage all the structured data for more efficiency.
Concerning the integration of a smooth and intuitive structure, we executed user behaviour research that allowed us to define what content should be placed on a particular page and how users will interact with it using a platform. By following these principles, we developed a coherent information architecture, avoiding the risk of user confusion.

Functionality
We conducted a breakdown of the features needed to reach business objectives, aligning them with end-users needs. As the result of our research we decided to go with the following functions.
Companies overview
Platform users are allowed to run through companies’ profiles overviewing their names, offices, locations, modules bought, and opportunities to set up a company. There is also a dashboard that allows them to identify your results within hours, days and months.
List of projects
Advanced dashboard for the listed projects is a complex tool that places all the crucial data about current projects you have — from the opportunity to archive it, overview, make two different presentations for stakeholders and team members, etc. There’s also functionality for going to the particular project page and easily estimating the information there.
Subscription model management
This functionality allows users to manage their subscription model, review their current plan, spending with detailed data, and receive invoices according to their latest completed subscription payments. Within the “Module name,” users can clearly see what they paid for, when it was paid, and are able to renew or terminate their payments.
