Overview

Our client ReFuture reached out to us seeking to leverage blockchain technology in tokenizing assets and develop a feature-rich and easy-to-use tokenization platform. We took on the project of developing a user-friendly solution that makes investments in tokenized real estate easier. Developing web and mobile applications, we considered robust functionality, focusing on leading benefits for end-users.

Results

Limeup developed a fast, intuitive platform for tokenized real estate sales by leveraging blockchain and a modular architecture. ReFuture’s web and mobile apps were built in parallel to support rapid deployment and cost efficiency. Personalized AI reports helped increase engagement by 53%, while automated content management reduced manual workload by 70%, keeping internal teams efficient and focused.

The platform maintains 99.98% uptime and supports over 1,000 simultaneous users. It also includes multilingual support and local currency formatting across three countries, enabling seamless international expansion. Information Architecture

For AI-driven sustainability tracking, Limeup designed an extensible microservice architecture. The back-end is divided into services for user management, payment processing, AI-powered insights, carbon footprint modeling, and data aggregation.

Redis pub/sub and WebSockets are used for cooperation and real-time updates. External LLM APIs are used by the AI engine to generate and report dynamic material. Admin tools are designed as a stand-alone panel with permission-based access and audit logging.
