Overview

When our team was contacted by a Switzerland System Integrator Connect44, the company was struggling to track operations, relying on Excel spreadsheets. We took on a challenging project to reduce inefficiencies and time-consuming processes by automating business operations with reliable mobile applications known as Infra 44.

Limeup’s specialists addressed the prominent issues, building an exhaustive system that streamlines processes through automation and significantly cuts operational costs. Now customers are also able to request a consultation from the firm on top of other critical functionality.

Results

As a result of our cooperation with the firm, a client owns sustainable mobile and web applications available at the Play Store and App Store under the name Infra 44. They enable customers to document the laying of the networks, physical network creation processes, ditch excavation, cable pulling and more.

With a special ability for users to chat with experts online, workers can confirm the completed work with a photo effectively. As for the web app portion, the interface provides detailed maps, letting the client store projects, update statuses in real-time, automatically process invoices on top of other functionality.

It was our priority to ensure project management was efficient with an appealing interface and stable functionality, including features like editing and approving project details, adding pictures and assigning statutes alongside the rest. With a click of a button, the user can switch between tabs such as Standart, Favourites, Library, and Create, fostering smooth functionality.

With the sheer importance of confirmation of the work completed through online services for both the customers and the workers, our team implemented a feature that enables adding additional photographs as a way to confirm the job done. Users are now capable of choosing pictures of the designated activities.

By going through the “Civil engineering” tab within an application, workers have the opportunity to witness highly detailed maps which allow them to add photos that will be represented in the form of points. Clicking on these points, users will be able to review the details of the work.
