Overview

YugoKraft sought our help for concepting, developing, and designing a feature-rich platform that helps users who relocate to a new country find jobs easily, applying for numerous offers using one solution. The main event was to match employers and candidates using cutting-edge AI technology — speeding up the hiring process for recruiters and users.

Results

Our team identified crucial challenges and found a way to implement Artificial Intelligence allowing end-users (hiring managers) to receive access to a vast base of candidates with reduced order processing errors by 73% due to visual accuracy and backend validations. An AI-powered platform increased conversion rate by 54% through real-time product customization.

As for the employees, they are able to reach out to a simple registration form, create a profile, receive propositions that fit their CVs, schedule time and data for an interview, and more. As a result, the customer achieved 4.9/5 user satisfaction from B2B clients and distributors.

Limeup team has developed and designed a user-friendly website with branding colors and recognizable graphic elements that display brand perception and work towards YugoKraft recognition on the market. Thereby, the customer received a full-fledged platform powered by AI technology that is rich in features and visually appealing.

CRM System

Robust interface allows users to manage their list of candidates, filtering out them within work experience, education, languages, skills, job details, age, and category. Moreover, a CRM system not only stores the data about each candidate but also allows to book an interview, proposing time and data for listed job applicants.

Events calendar

Employers set times for job interviews, and candidates are able to confirm or decline them, they have an opportunity to use an effective communication tool and coordinate activities with a centralized location where users can view, create, edit, manage interviews. User-friendly interface makes it more efficient for individuals to to search for events with intuitive design.
