Overview

A client sought our help with the development of a web platform that allows investors to overcome entry barriers in real estate through tokenizing fractions of property. As an innovative platform, yStone enables almost instantaneous trading of tokenized assets powered by state-of-the-art technology and a user-friendly interface. We focused on building a platform with an enhanced security system, minimized paperwork, and wider accessibility. Now, yStone is capable of attracting new local and foreign capital to its platform and facilitating growth.

Our team at Limeup recognizes the legal challenges of creating a platform for tokenizing real estate leading us to seek aid from professional counselors. With in-depth market research and analysis, we designed a light-themed and intuitive interface that both novice and seasoned trading investors can wrap their minds around.

To address the need for mobile responsiveness, the platform now easily adapts to any screen size, from desktop to tablet. The property profiles contain detailed descriptions of the size, location, value, and more for users to get acquainted with. A tokenized real estate niche carries its own set of legal frameworks and challenges that need to be carefully navigated. The Limeup team reached out for advice to legal professionals to help us build a secure and compliant real estate platform that guarantees transparency to the users.

Tokens dashboard

A dashboard that encompasses all information about the tokens that were sold or purchased enables investors to manage all of their assets from one efficient place. From the dashboard, users can overview information about their purchase history, current balance, as well as introduce any changes to the assets to get the maximum out of their investments.
