Overview

A breath of fresh air in the freight and transportation sector, Logifleet tackles industry bottlenecks head-on, offering supply chain professionals a smoother ride in managing logistics. Over nine months, our dedicated team of specialists developed a synergistic solution comprising a mobile application, a web platform and an admin panel. The goal of the project was to cut corners in operational processes, fast-track shipment management, and open the lines of communication through a cohesive web and app framework.

The all-in-one system presented live analytics panels shipment tracking, user management and built-in communication tools like in-app messaging. Logifleet was crafted with a keen focus on its end-users balancing productivity and sustainability. Through in-depth UX research and advanced software engineering, the system enriches compliance, trims costs and rationalizes shipment management, cutting out bottlenecks in the logistics chain.

Results

Logifleet required a transportation platform, reaching out to our team as we have experience of working in this industry. The customer wanted us to focus on scalability and better performance, and at the end of the cooperation, Logifleet received a solution for web and mobile with enhanced delivery that reached 99.9% of uptime with real-time tracking.

We also worked toward handling more users, and the solution handled 500,000+ geolocation events a week, keeping all the data safe and secure. The integrated in-app messaging and notification systems have helped to be on the same wavelength across the supply chain, accelerating response times by 40% and fostering seamless collaboration among drivers, managers, and clients.

With every step of the journey covered, from order placement to the final drop-off, users may easily track shipments and optimize routes.

Our customer required an efficient system that would depict shipment details with custom visualization, so we created a tab called “Tracking” and displayed map-based infographics in real-time, with the ability to check details like delivery mode, destination “from-to,” ID, the number of total packages, and more.

Simple yet informative and visually appealing, this is how this page is represented, with the ability for admins to check products through categories, sort them, and toggle between warehouses using one page. All goods are listed within a table for more efficient access, with their locations, availability (the number of items), prices, and even images.
