Development Methodology

Development methodology is referring to a set of structured processes and practices which are defined by common characteristics that help to streamline and categorize the development process. Any given development methodology is setting in place rules and conditions for communication and passage of information between the team members.

Such methodologies are thought of as a framework to organize the working process and planning the next steps in the most appropriate and efficient manner in regard to a project. Generally speaking there are four most widely used development methodologies which include Agile, Waterfall, DevOps deployment and Rapid application development.
